Sharpening filter moved to draftspace[edit]

Thanks for your contributions to Sharpening filter. Unfortunately, I do not think it is ready for publishing at this time because it has no sources and it may also have copyright violations. Note that you can (should) continue to edit it, this is not the end of the world. I have converted your article to a draft which you can improve, undisturbed for a while.

Please see more information at Help:Unreviewed new page. When the article is ready for publication, please click on the "Submit your draft for review!" button at the top of the page OR move the page back. Ldm1954 (talk) 02:23, 25 April 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Copyright: one more warning[edit]

After twice being warned about copyright, you have continued to infringe copyright. If there is still any material anywhere that you have copied please remove it immediately, before you do any other editing. If you don't, or if you infringe copyright again, you may be blocked from editing by an administrator. JBW (talk) 09:38, 25 April 2024 (UTC)[reply]

So, what changes should I do again because I have writen it in my own words Eshan bhuse (talk) 10:16, 25 April 2024 (UTC)[reply]
I've reverted this as a copyright violation. Draft:Sharpening filter seems clean, though. NotAGenious (talk) 14:05, 27 April 2024 (UTC)[reply]
Although I cannot access the deleted revisions and can't compare it, the recreated article does not look very different from when it was last deleted by @JBW for copyright infringement. The "high boost filter" section is still verbatim from here, although most of it is formulas. The "high pass filter" also copies from high-pass filter without attribution. So that would be the fourth time this user has inserted copyrighted material into WP by my count, not even including the earlier violations on this talk page. AbsoluteWissen (talk) 15:47, 27 April 2024 (UTC)[reply]
Earwig's didn't catch the ques10 verbatim, but now I see. I let the internal copy slide from that, thinking the user Eshan would attribute it as the extensive messages above have instructed. I've added the notice now. I, however, don't support a block at this time as the draft has proven the user is capable of producing original content. Block[edit]

You have been blocked indefinitely from editing, because of your persistent copyright infringements. I posted a warning to you that continuing to infringe copyright would be likely to lead to a block, because I hoped that would get the message across that you must stop posting material you have copied from elsewhere. Unfortunately it has not done so. Since I posted that message, almost every edit you have made has added copyright infringing text. That includes creating two new copies (one as a draft and one as an article) of a page which you had previously created twice, and each time it had been deleted as infringing copyright. You seem to be unable to grasp the point that you must not post text to Wikipedia which you have copied from somewhere else. Unless and until you can persuade an administrator that you do understand Wikipedia's copyright policy, and will not violate it again, it will not be suitable for you to edit again. If you think there are good reasons why you should be unblocked, you may request an unblock by adding the text {{unblock|reason=Your reason here ~~~~}}, but you should read the guide to appealing blocks first.
